“I.   Conditions and content of the 30-day money-back guarantee

 

The following conditions apply to the 30-day money-back guarantee:

 

1.     If you as a consumer have a statutory right of withdrawal (see: https://krakens-goalkeeping.de/policies/refund-policy ), we also grant you the right, within the framework of the aforementioned guarantee, to rescind the concluded contract as described below within a further 30 days by means of a declaration in text form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) with reference to the 30-day money-back guarantee.

 

2.     The 30-day money-back guarantee period begins upon expiry of the 14-day cancellation period to which you are entitled according to the cancellation policy To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your declaration on time.

 

3.     If you make use of the 30-day money-back guarantee, you will bear the shipping costs and the shipping risk associated with returning the goods.

 

4.  If you exercise your 30-day money-back guarantee, we will only refund the purchase price you paid. Your right to a refund of the purchase price only arises once we receive the goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction to refund the purchase price, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. We will process the refund within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

 

5.     To exercise the 30-day money-back guarantee, the goods must be returned to us in their original packaging (if the goods were delivered in appropriate packaging), complete, unused (if the goods were new at the time of delivery), and undamaged. Otherwise, no refund of the purchase price is possible, and we will offer to return the goods to you at your own expense and risk.

 

6.     The 30-day money-back guarantee is only available to customers who entered into the original contract with us as a consumer. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

 

II. Procedure for claiming the 30-day money-back guarantee

 

1.     If you wish to take advantage of the 30-day money-back guarantee, please send your declaration to us within the aforementioned deadline.

 

2.     Please explicitly state in your declaration that you wish to make use of the 30-day money-back guarantee and provide us with your full name, address, order number, and order date for the order you wish to return.

You may exercise your statutory rights in the event of defects free of charge. Any existing statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this guarantee.
