Remove protective film

The grip surface of our gloves is protected with a protective film, which ensures that the adhesive foam arrives clean, undamaged and with a perfect grip.

You should peel these off carefully to avoid damage. Due to the very strong 4mm Pro Grip, this sometimes requires a bit of finesse.

Washing the gloves

- wash after every soiling

- with lukewarm water

- Do not wash in washing machine

- do not use aggressive cleaning agents

- Do not place in the sun or on the radiator to dry

Abrasion and wear

Abrasion is a natural process in goalkeeper gloves that occurs from the first use.

Don't worry, you can use the gloves as long as our 4mm Pro Grip adhesive foam is available.

Complaints conditions

Reasons for complaint:

No grounds for complaint/normal wear and tear:

While it's normal for the foam to wear over time during play, it can occasionally wear down particularly quickly and severely. This usually occurs due to external forces, such as contact with the ground during a save, one-on-one, or getting caught in the net.

Strong external influences can cause pieces of the adhesive foam to tear off. However, this is not a product defect, but rather a consequence of individual use and therefore unfortunately does not constitute grounds for complaint.

Complaints process and label

1. Send an email to kontakt@krakens-goalkeeping.de with your order number, the reason for the complaint, and a photo of the defect. Please also indicate if you only want an exchange.

2. Our team will contact you within 24 hours. (Mon-Sat.)

3. Stick the return label on the well-packaged parcel and send it back.

4. As soon as the package arrives with us, you will receive your purchase price back or you will receive new gloves
